I had taken a day's leave to run errands and to take a break from work.
I must say that I was disappointed with this dessert. The frozen Philadelphia cream cheese and hibiscus combo made the entire filo parcel too hard to cut. The staff had to help me cut it. The hibiscus purée was pretty sweet and reminded me of jam. It was like eating fried ice-cream but with an "un-puffy" (read: no puff in my pastry) filo pastry. Maybe the cheese was a little too frozen hence rendering the pastry too cold to rise? Or maybe they didn't brush melted butter on every sheet before layering them? Or maybe it was due to both factors? Whatever the case, the pastry was not puffy enough and the core was too cold for me to truly enjoy the dessert.
